Low-Temperature Desolventizing Process
Our complete processing system is designed to deliver efficient solvent removal while maintaining stable operation and consistent product quality.
1. Solvent Extraction
Prepared soybean flakes are processed through the solvent extraction system to remove crude oil, producing solvent-containing soybean meal for further processing.
2. Low-Temperature Desolventizing
The wet meal enters the low-temperature vacuum desolventizing unit, where residual solvent is removed under carefully controlled conditions. This process minimizes heat exposure, helping preserve protein quality and functionality.
3. Solvent Recovery
The extracted solvent is condensed, recovered, and returned to the production process for reuse. This improves operating efficiency, reduces solvent loss, and supports environmentally responsible production.
4. Meal Cooling & Stabilization
After desolventizing, the soybean meal is cooled and stabilized to maintain its physical and nutritional properties before further processing.
5. Storage & Packaging
The finished soybean white flakes are transferred to storage or packaging for use in soy protein manufacturing and other food processing applications.
